Dumela Deutsch was founded in 2024 by three ambitious women with a shared passion for language, culture, and global connection. Our goal? To bring Botswana and German-speaking countries closer together—through language, culture, and real-life opportunities.

Dumela meets Deutsch
Our name says it all: "Dumela", a Setswana greeting, meets "Deutsch", the German word for "German". Together, they represent what we stand for—using language as a bridge between Botswana and German-speaking countries like Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Liechtenstein.
And here is something we are proud of: to our knowledge, we are currently the only registered company in Botswana offering German language courses to the public, taught by trained German teachers.
